1) nader ( verb ). To vote for a candidate using one's conscience, rather than settling for " the lesser evil". To provide liberal voters with a scapegoat- e.g. the third party candidate cost the Democratic Presidential candidate the election, i.e. Gore vs. Bush instead of admitting the truth, which is their candidate is usually a big fat pussy beholden to corporate interests and the people who voted for a Third Party candidate were never going to vote for a democrat anyway.

2) puritopian ( noun ). A person who refuses to vote for a democrat, on the grounds that he or she is not perfect. Someone who is too much of an idealist rather than a pragmatist. A perjorative created by a Wisconsin Obambot with limited intellectual capability- being inordinately proud of his special new word he will use it as often as possible, secretly hoping it will catch on ( it never does- it's just too retarded ).

I actually wear the title puritopian proudly at the LGC.

"Don't blame me for not voting for your shitty candidate, blame your candidate for being shitty." is what I've taken to saying. And in the unlikely event that Obama loses, that is what I'll be saying for a while. It's not hard to get re-elected. But even accounting for the specter of obstructionism they always use as an excuse, he's done fucked up plenty all on his own. They absolutely hate to have their tin idol bear any responsibility for anything... why vote for a president at all in that case?
