droplets in my scope, HELP! Empty droplets in my scope, HELP!

Okay so I look into my scope and I see little droplets, thinking they're oil from cleaning I try and wipe it off.... turns out it's on the inside. The georgia heat and humidity has not been nice to my scope, is this fixable? I mean it's still useable but it's driving me insane.
